Return & Replacement

Though we strive to give you a great buying/purchase experience each time you shop with us, but since the products cannot be used by other customers/consumers, upon return due to hygiene related issues or factors, we don’t accept return of the products once order is delivered.
However, In certain conditions or issues with the product like leakage, expired, broken or receipt of damaged/different products, we can only initiate an exchange or replacement of the product/s. Please follow the below mentioned procedures:
○ Raise a exchange/ replacement request within 48 hours from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong, leaked, broken, different or expired product(s).
○ Please raise a request here with order and contact details –
● We will review your request and will resolve the issues within 02 working days.
● After reviewing your replacement/exchange request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you as the case may be.
● In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges, either in your PayTM / Google pay or Wallet.
● After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement accordingly. Please note that replacement time will depend upon the stock availability.
● As mentioned above in first para the return of the product/s will not be allowed due to hygiene reasons, if any reason which is completely beyond the control of consumer or in rare cases the return can be allowed only on the company discretion and decision.
Conditions under which you can exchange/ replace the product :
● Wrong or different product delivered.
● Expired product delivered.
● Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product.
● Incomplete order – missing products.
● The damaged/ tampered product is reported within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions under which the exchange/ replacement of the product will not be accepted :
● Opened/ used/ altered products.
● Original packaging (mono carton box, labels, bills etc.) missing.
● The exchange/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
● The damaged/ tampered product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
● Any damages to the product due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / replacement Policy.
Exchange/replacement process :-
Once you request to exchange/replacement of product, a pick up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, the exchange/replacement will be initiated.
Order Cancellation :-
You may complete or partially cancel the order or product by login into My account section before the shipping of the product. You just need to follow the process.
Please call us on 1800-208-9971 (Mon – Fri – 10 am to 6 pm), and we will help you in canceling the order.
Note :- Karrot cosmetics reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
Note – Orders can be only canceled till the status is “Ready to Ship”.
Receiving the refund for my canceled product :-
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card/ wallet or where the payment was made from within 7 business working days. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.
Time to get refund for a canceled order:-

We will process your refund within 7 business days incase of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks.
Can I cancel part of my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order partially before “Ready to Ship”.
