Where does Karrot Cosmetics deliver?
We deliver orders throughout India using authorized delivery partners.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 4–8 working days after an order is accepted. Delivery can take longer during festivals, force majeure events or circumstances outside our control.
Are shipping charges applicable?
Any applicable shipping charge is displayed during checkout before you complete payment. Charges may vary according to the order and current shipping offer.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive tracking details by email. You can also check Your Orders in My Account; tracking may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to update.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may request a full or partial cancellation before the order reaches Ready to Ship. Please submit the request as soon as possible after placing the order.
What if I receive a damaged, leaking, expired or incorrect product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order and contact details. Eligible cases include damaged, leaking, expired, incorrect or missing products. Opened, used or altered products and items without their original packaging may not qualify.
Can delivered cosmetics be returned?
Standard returns are not accepted after delivery for hygiene reasons. Eligible damaged, incorrect, leaking, expired or incomplete orders may be reviewed for exchange or replacement under the published return and replacement policy.
When will I receive a cancellation refund?
Refunds for eligible cancelled prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Bank processing time may vary.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Available methods may include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, UPI, QR payments and Cash on Delivery. The methods available for your order are shown at checkout.
